Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, or call 07733 454393 asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund (not freezer baits).

If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item by return You may be liable for any initial and subsequent shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. Shipping

Orders taken before 12 noon will be sent same day wherever possible. All bait is made up to order so for large orders please allow 2 days.
